These Terms of Service govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by SkyYield LLC for partner communications. By opting in to receive SMS messages from SkyYield, you agree to these terms.

- Payment Notifications - Alerts when payments are processed, pending, or require action
- Document Signing Reminders - Reminders to complete required agreements, contracts, or forms
- Account Alerts - Important notifications about your account status, verification requirements, and security updates
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. The number of messages you receive depends on your partnership activity, payment schedule, pending actions, and account status. You may receive multiple messages per week during active periods, or fewer messages during quieter periods.

Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages you receive from SkyYield. These rates vary by carrier and your mobile plan. Please check with your mobile carrier for specific details about your text messaging and data charges.
4. How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages:

Reply STOP to any SMS message from SkyYield to unsubscribe from all text messages.
After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will not receive any further SMS messages from SkyYield unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not affect your partnership status or access to your portal.

SkyYield is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including but not limited to failure of any SMS message to be sent or received, for any reason. Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Consent and Agreement
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SkyYield Partner Notifications, you:
- Consent to receive automated SMS/text messages from SkyYield at the mobile number provided
- Confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number
- Understand that consent is not a condition of becoming a partner or using our services
- Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
