- Access partner portals and management tools
- Receive payments and commissions
3. Partner Accounts
Account Registration
To become a partner, you must complete our application process and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You may not share your account with others
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Payments and Commissions

Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return any SkyYield equipment. Outstanding payments will be processed according to our standard procedures.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be:
- First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
- Subject to binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules
- Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia
- Conducted on an individual basis (no class actions)
